Pittsburgh!

Pittsburgh was such a F-U-N vacation!! It may be one of the first family vacations we have taken that hasn't been to visit family or some other agenda, which made it even more fun since it was new and different. We went to visit our dear friends the Dekkers!! It was a blast and Abi was an incredible hostess with the mostest! Evelyn was a doll and helped us get to know Tangled better than we would have been able to do on our own! Ari, as always made Adam grin from ear to ear the entire weekend.




We enjoyed all the delish food that Abi made. One of which was shredded bbq for a fun get together at the church gym (due to bad weather) for a wiffle ball game. The 4 of us have some very fond memories of wiffle ball games back at BYU with some other couple friends. It was good times! We also got to see our good friends the Westovers that had lived in our Tates Creek Ward in Lexington and moved to Pittsburgh for Dental School. The two of them with their 5 kids are as amazing and as impressive as ever!
I was thrilled to get Jackson and Drew's first hits on camera!

We went to a Carnegie Natural History Museum and had a great time browsing around and looking at dinosaurs and the like. The kids favorite spot by far was the dinosaur digging area where they got to be paleontologists and dig and carve out the bones.







Drew might have been a little exhausted... falling asleep with the cracker in his mouth. I guess he was more tired than hungry this time:)

Yet another great thing about visiting Arie and Abie is that the Bradshaws, Rich and Brittany, live in the other half of the duplex! It was so fun to hang out with them!! Brittany and Abi were an amazing team of cooks! LOVED these pizzas!

It's true, we totally went to IKEA before we headed home and loaded up on things for our new home in Kansas City! The kids were dying, but it was soo worth it!

Dr. Adam K. Reynolds!

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY TO ME!!! Adam graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry on Sunday! We are so proud of him and so excited to be done with that chapter! There were lots of good memories, lots of long days and nights, a couple of kids, and some good friends that we enjoyed during the last 4 years, but are very excited to continue our adventure in Kansas City, MO where he is dong a 2 1/2 year residency in Orthodontics.
Graduation day was also Mother's day so it was a day filled with love and excitement! I had the opportunity to speak at church and have both my parents and Adam's parents attend with us. We did a family lunch, sped to graduation, came home to a tornado of a party with some of our siblings and crashed at the end of the night! Thanks to both of our parents for helping make it such a great graduation weekend!!

Jackson had his own "Dr." outfit thanks to my sister Julie who kept her daughter Kathryn's Kindergarten graduation outfit and let us borrow it.

Jackson kept saying during the entire 1 hr ceremony, "But I just want my daddy" He was so excited to see him and acted so proud of his dad.

Love our sweet little family! It was 4 years of hard work for all of us! But Adam certainly carried most of the weight!

We were neighbors with Jae for the first couple of years of Dental School. We missed living so close, but tried to do dinner with each other every once in a while to keep in touch. We just adored getting to see his daughter Bentley!

Tornadoes!

Jackson made the cut off by like 5 days to participate in the Kick Start Soccer program offered by the YMCA. He is the smallest on his team by about 10lbs and 2 feet. And he is by far the cutest kid out there! Adam has volunteered to be the coach and found another dad to help out.
