So very blessed

For the fourth year in a row we got to have Thanksgiving with my family. This year we went down for the weekend and enjoyed the break. Jon and his family were there too which was a bonus! Grandma Pam can't resist giving grandkids pjs when they come for a visits! It so fun!

And of course Thanksgiving was followed by a trip to the Christmas Tree Farm!! I tried hard not think about the fact that we will be in KC next year and probably won't get to enjoy the fun tradition of picking out a live Christmas tree.
It was extremely cold, which helped put us in the spirit. Jackson had fun running around and looking while Drew was content sleeping and cuddling with Grandma Pam in the back of the truck for the majority of the trip.








I adore this picture!! Someday my boys will too when they realize what a wonderful Grandma they have and how blessed they are to be with her!!



I couldn't resist. This reminds me of last year when Adam was "shoveling" our patio with our dust pan. Now he is trying to "saw" the bottom layer of the tree trunk where the sap has settled. He has amazing drilling and chiseling skills!! And sweet Jackson has no idea this isn't normal! Someday we will be able to afford a "real saw". For now we will make do with what we have! Good time.
