Jackson's Summer Vacation with Grandma and Grandpa

I can't think of many things Jackson could enjoy more than several with Grandma Pam, Grandpa Bob, and cousin Ashley! I don't know how my mom does it, or where she stores all of her energy but she always seems to steal away the hearts of all her grandchildren by giving them all the attention they could dream of, all the age appropriate activities possible, and wonderful memories that can't be forgotten!
The past few years mom and dad have tried to have the Lexington grandkids that are old enough come to their house for a few days by themselves, or with a cousin their same age, for a little mini summer vacation. This was Jackson and Ashley's first year. They had huge days, playing hard and having lots and lots of fun!! Highlights: Bounce house at McBrayer Elementary, goat farm, Rodburn throwing rocks and a picnic, the park, making bubbles, and Chuckie Cheese. It's been so fun to watch Jackson and Ashley become such good buddies. Makes it that much harder to move away!


























A few of Jackson's loves in life include trucks, Cars movie "cars with eyes", tracks, letters, and yes Thomas the Tank Engine! It just so happens that Thomas came for a visit an hour or so away from Lexington and though it was part of Lindsey and Christophers summer vacation Jackson scored a ticket as well since we were packing our moving truck and cleaning house that day. He had a swell time eyes were glued to the speakers and stories and fun!
