Jackson is approaching his 4 month mark, and I haven't written down any of his "mile markers" for month 3. He has certainly come to life for us this month as he responds so well to our voices and faces. He loves to play with his hands and fingers and never gets tired of putting them in his mouth. He is learning about toys and can reach for them, hold them and stuff them in his mouth:). He is starting to giggle, and there is nothing better in the world to us right now than that noise!He still adores being on his back and having someone talk with him and hold a toy up for him to swat and play with. He is holding his head up really well, but still doesn't have the balance to sit up. He hates tummy time, and hasn't quite found much interest in rolling over, although if we put him on his side with a toy he will sit there on his side and play for a while. He can support his weight on his legs and is starting to enjoy that aspect of life. He still puts himself to sleep when he gets tired but is definitely not sleeping through the night yet:) I guess he saving that for month four.

What a sweetheart. You are so smart to write these things down. It is so hard to remember and a great reminder when kid 2 and 3 come along. They grow way to fast...enjoy every new thng that comes along.
